This policy covers Carnival Cannons, the mobile game developed by TOGGL3 TV, Corp., on iOS, iPadOS and Android.

We do not collect or share personal information or analytics from the game. There are no accounts, advertising, chat, tracking SDKs or developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting services.

Information kept on your device

The game saves level progress, stars, preferences and cached purchase access locally so you can continue playing and use previously unlocked lands offline. We do not receive these local saves. Removing the app may remove its local progress.

Purchases and restores

Big Top is included free. The game offers one optional, non-consumable purchase to permanently unlock all ten lands and their matching artwork. There are no subscriptions or separate cosmetic purchases. A grown-up addition gate protects access to the purchase and restore controls.

Apple’s App Store or Google Play processes purchases, account authentication, payments and restores under its own policies. The game receives the product identifier and verified purchase or entitlement status needed to unlock content and restore access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase and restore functions require a connection to the relevant store.

Children

Carnival Cannons is designed for young children, including ages five and under, with a parent or caregiver. The game does not request names, email addresses, dates of birth, photos, contacts, microphone recordings or location. It has no advertising or social features and does not ask children to register.

Third-party services

The game uses the native App Store and Google Play billing services for its one-time purchase. Those stores may process information in connection with downloads, billing, diagnostics and store services according to their policies: Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

We do not operate a player-account database or collect local game saves. For questions about privacy, local progress or purchase access, contact support@toggl3.tv. For store-account or payment information, contact the store that processed your purchase.

Changes

We will update this page and its date if the game’s privacy practices change.
